Jim McMurtry serves as Owner and Managing Partner at Emerald Legacy Advisors. He attended the University of Kansas and brings over 37 years of financial experience to the firm. Jim manages assets for individuals through a disciplined, long-term investment approach.
He helps you develop and implement strategies to help build wealth and pursue your specific goals. Jim focuses his mission on providing informed and timely investment advice while maintaining a high level of professional service. He prioritizes the growth and preservation of wealth for every person he serves.
Outside of the office, Jim and his wife, Sandi, live in Gladstone, Missouri. They have twin daughters, Christine and Michelle. When he is not working, you can find Jim fishing on a lake.
